Happy Anniversary

Made this "Happy Anniversary" card for my friend using another technique from the class I am doing over at "My Creative Classroom" "Everything Embossed"

It's called Brayer Ink Technique.  Mine is VERY subtle because my ink is very light and my ink pad a bit dry, but I love it !!  The stamps are by Stampin Up and were a fab prezzie from a lovely friend last week !!  Check out Michelle's blog  for fab ideas and products and classes !!

Left overs ??

Most of you know I challenge myself to use any left overs no matter how big or small from any project I do,  so when I had these bits of card over from my MooRag gift carton I had to use them......

And here's what I made with them....

 

 A smaller gift carton with MooRag, but pink, blue and brown !!  Very girly !!  Two for the price of one so to speak !!  Excuse the pun, but try and think outside the box when you look at any bits of paper and card left from any project, its amazing what you can come up with and its great fun !!

Now all the DT's have really had fun working with Moorag and I got to play with "MooRag and Friends"  I decided to make a milk carton gift box using the brown backing papers and then colouring in MooRag and her friends in the same brown using promarkers.

I made the carton first using white card and then decorated it with the MooRag backing papers. I printed off the MooRag and Friends image four times to make the border band round the carton, then enlarged MooRag and friends and used one cow to make the tag and the little birds !! The flower was made with a large flower punch.

Not what you lot think !!

I'm doing an online class at "My Creative Classroom" which was free to me called "Everything Embossed" by Deena Zeigler.

Our first project was a sweet strawberry card by Deena Zeigler and you can find her blog HERE

Here is my card:

The body of the  strawberry is embossed as well as the leaves. Just added a few flowers and  my curly bits are made from two food bag twist's covered with card and then curled round a pencil !! Excuse the pun, but it really is a sweet card !!

So I have made this very simple  (which isin't easy for me !!)  cute card using the Woodware set of stamps called "Jungle Pals" by Francoise Read.

More Than One Fold
