Robin Doggie

How about a bit of christmas with the super cute Little Claire Dinkie called "Robin Doggie"

Dinkies Robin Doggie

I've inked up my large dot embossing folder with blue ink and then embossed onto white card for my backing paper. Then onto a smaller piece of whit card, stamped my dog and coloured with promarkers by making small dots. Did the same with a blue promarkers to make my backgound, takes a long time, but it gives a nice effect. Finished off with some chunky white frantage for my 3D snow !! Again the sentiment if from a Little Claire set called "Butterfly Tree".

Not had a look at the Dinkies yet ??

Go on you know you want one or two or three.....

only £2.00 each !!

Dinkies !!

What are "Dinkies" I hear you say !!

Well they are super single stamps from Little Claire's and over the next few days I will be sharing some dinky cards I have made.

Today's card is made using one of the new dinkies called

Dinkies Flowerhouse

I've created a sun-ray background using strips of two yellow patterned papers and then a green gingham for the hill, all finished off with faux stitching. Then I stamped  the big flower onto several pieces of coloured paper,  cut out, then added them to my card and hand drew the stems. Coloured the little house using promarkers and made my cloud sky as usual. The sentiment is from another Little Claire set called "Butterfly Tree"

Dinkie stamps are only £2.00 each, so go on treat yourself !!

New Pad

No I haven't moved...but my nephew has !!  He has just moved into his first new house !! So I just had to make him a welcome card...

I know....... not your usual new home card, but you know how I love fun and colour !!

I've used a frog from an old Lindsay Mason stamp set called "Everyday Unforgettable" Stamped and then masked him off and made the background using distress inks and then splattered water over. Hand drew my lily pads ( won't tell you what my brov said they looked like !!) and used a little foliage stamp from a new set of Lindsay Mason's called "Hippetty Hoppetty" Removed the mask and coloured my frog using promarkers. Coloured some white card using the distress inks again and stamped and cut out each letter then mounted onto white card to make my greeting. Finished off my crinkling some ribbon with my heat gun and adding a button !!

May Flowers

Morning peeps !!

More like April showers at the moment here, one minute sunny and the next wet and windy !!

Anyhoo on with this week's challenge for you at Crafty Sentiments Designs and its

To create my card I have used printed elements from Crafty Sentiments Designs "Sweet collection CD 1 "

I must say I really enjoyed resizing my patterned papers which I have used four designs on my card, printed them off, then cut them into small squares and added a few faux long stitches to make my background paper.

Then I printed one of the black and white digi super cute images, coloured using promarkers, made my clouded sky with blue ink and used three green promarkers to colour the grass.

Punched out my large flowers from my lilic card, added faux stitching all round, the centres are flowers on one of the patterned papers which I enlarged and the fussy cut out. The whole flowers have then been attached with 3D foam . Finished off with one of the sentiments from the CD.

A bit different...

from me this morning guys !!

I don't very often buy a craft magazine, but when I do I'm like you all and choose by what the free gift is !! This months Papercraft Essentials had this fabby do Lavinia stamp set !! They stamp beautifully.

I've just stamped and embossed my scene and then hand drawn some extra detail, then used two distress inks Picked Raspberry and Dusty Concord to colour the background adding water plats.

Made a raised frame around and added some stickles to add some sparkle, finished off with a wavy black line to the edges. The sentiment is from a Woodware set.

Sunny Days

Today sure is one of those for me peeps !!

The lovely girls over at

have invited me to be one of their GDT for May/June !! How fabby doo is that !!

So the theme for challenge #169 is "Sunny Days" and to me this says ICECREAM !!

So I made a great big one into a card !!

The Happy Hopper image is from a cute set called "Special Day" and I've have used promarkers to colour and added a bit of glossy accents for the chocolate sauce. Coloured the heart shape using distress inks to make it look a bit like a wafer.

My icecream is made form embossed circles which I have gone over with distress ink to hi light the swirls. Just free hand cut the chocolate sauce and cherry, then covered the cherry with red glitter.

The cone was cut flower pot shape and then I scored lines all over it and coloured using distress ink. The top is a strip of card also scored with lines and coloured the same and then attached using 3D foam. Finished off with some ribbon and one of the sentiments from the stamp set.

Thanks so much for asking me girls, I know I'm going to have fun and it's a great honour to be part of your team !!

My word peeps May already and another Bank Holiday weekend !!  Hope you've all got super things planned, I know mine will be crafting !!

This morning I have two super cards to show you made with  Little Claire's May Stamp Club set called "Freedom"

Just for a change I have water coloured with my Wink of Stella glitter pens which really do sparkle, but it doesn't show on my photo which is a shame.

This is such a lovely set with so many design possibilities as you can see with my second card.

A very different card with a vintage feel. Again I have water coloured with my Wink of Stella pens and used two distressed inks as well. I've used the smaller butterfly stamp and one sentiment stamp to create the background and then decoupaged the big butterfly for the centre.

If you would like more inspiration then pop over to
