Swirly Birds

Did you all have a fab weekend ??

We enjoyed a sunny Saturday and a dull and cold Sunday here in Bucks,  but I had a great crafting weekend !!  Made a scrapbook page on Saturday and decorated a photo frame on Sunday !!

I see I have a few new fab followers !!  Whoohoo !! Thanks so much for joining me !!

Anyway I have two more cards to show you using this months Little Claire club stamp set called

I decided to make a get well card using the single heart stamp. The heart makes a fab background  which is what I have done on the base card.  Lots of matts and layers and four super huge pearls to finish off.

In contrast, the bird cage and birds stamp make a lovely Birthday card

A punched border and liquid pearls really finish this one  off nicely.

I have to say again I am sorry about the poor photo's, BUT my lovely brother bought me a new camera for christmas and Royal Mail have LOST IT !!  We have had soooo much trouble over this and its still not sorted, so I'm having to still use my poor old camera !!

hugs Diane xx

I do like how you have done the design on the first card. I have quite a few of this blank card pack and have never thought to square it up like that on the front. Great idea. The second card is pretty. At first I thought you had stuck flat pearls on the front (thought you'd won the lottery Lol) but reading on see they are liquid pearls. You must have a very steady hand to get them all so even. hugs Mrs A.
