Card Crafters Circle

The lovely girls at card Card Crafters Challenge invited a few of The Robyn's Fetish Team members to be Guest Designers for their challenge this week and I was one of them !!

The challenge theme is

And sponsored by

Home For the Holidays is one of my favourite Robyn's Festish christmas digi's and you can see I have used him more than once on other cards I have made !!

For some reason my camera decided to make my background paper look pink, but it is actually red !!
As usual I have fussy cute my cute snowman out and 3D him. The tree's I just handcut from green check paper and added some glitter. The fence was cut using a marianne die. All of those have been 3D as well. I stamped the Happy Chistmas onto card and  cut round each letter and glued onto the green strip across the top. I know fussy cutting again......

Snowflakes

Well a nice simple challenge for you this week !!

SNOWFLAKES

The winner will be spoilt for choice !!

Remember if you use a Crafty Sentiments Design you will be entered twice !!

For my snowflakes card I have used Christmas Penguin digi stamp

One chilly card for sure and boy has it been cold here the last few days !!

Just made a 6" rosette circle edged with a Marther Stewerd punch to fit a 6" x 6" square card. Then cut one big snowflake and six smaller snowflakes on my cricut and glitter them all with stickles. I printed christmas penguin to fit a 4" circle and coloured in with promarkers and then again added some stickles. To the edge of this I attached the six smaller snowflakes before then glueing it too the rosette. The Brr was also cut on the cricut, stickled and the glued onto a strip of blue card and put beneath the image circle. Just added a few star gems to the four outer edges and on the main image. Made a ribbon bow and attached it to the big snowflake and then glued to lefthand side of card.

So why not pop over to Crafty Sentiments Designs Challenge and see all the fab projects that the team have made for you this week !!

Christmas cards

Here I am again with my second post of the day !!

Sponsored this week by

With a fab prize of 7 digi's of the winner choice !!

I have used this cute "Snowbear" digi

Now I got so excited that I will confess I made my secret christmas box first, then our lovley Susan pointed out our challenge was christmas cards ( I missed the cards bit altogether) !! So I then made my matching christmas card.

I have just got a fab paper pad by BoBunny called "Snow day" which are all blues, greens and mustard so I decided to make this set for a male friend of mine, blokes can be so hard to make for.  The gift box did have chocolates in, but as you can see they are no longer there...now who could have eaten them ??

I must thank my blogger friend Katina who's blog I saw this fab secret box on and knew I just had to make one, so thanks Katina !!

I coloured the lovely Snowbear with promarkers and added some sparkle with good old stickles and mounted him on a scalloped circle cut on my cricut. The White Stuff sentiment was also cut on my cricut. I do use alot of 3D foam tape to raise everything and all the centre panel on my card  and the panels on the box have been raised using this. Just finished off the card with two bits of ribbom and tied a knot bow on one side.

There you have it,  a nice manly christmas card with matching secret box !!

with a prize of 5 digi's of the winners choice !!

This is one of my favourite Robyn's Fetish christmas digi's called "Home For The Holidays"

He is such a happy fellow !!

Alot going on with my card this week...started with a kraft base card, then a layer of christmas vellum which I tore and inked the edges. Then tore round my snowman and coloured him with Vintage Photo watered down distress ink and added a bit of highlight with stickles. My big snowflakes were cut on the cricut first in kraft card then the vellum and held together with a snowflake brad. I then  pleated a bit of wide cotton ribbon to go along the bottom, the tied a bow with  a piece of cream velvet ribbon to go on top. The sentiment is one from The Crafty Pads Designs "Circle Christmas Sentiments" set.

I really love my card as it a bit different to the usual christmas cards !!
