Make It Vintage !!

Well I for one love the vintage look and guess what.....

Our challenge #134 this week at Robyn's Fetish is

Our lovely sponsor is " A Day For Daisies " with a super prize of $12 to spend online.

For my vintage card I have used one of A Day For Daisies images called Vintage Grass Hopper

Mr grass hopper has been paper piece and coloured with promakers. I first printed him onto a piece of craft card and then inked and distressed the edges. Then I got to play with my frantage which is a mixture of embossing powders and glitters and all sorts of things which gave me a snowy effect !!

The papers are from a pad called Joyful Peace by G.C.D and as you can see I have distressed all the edges of these as well. Made three folded roses which take a while to get to grips with, but well worth the effort I think !! They 're one of those things, the more you do the better you get !! Just finished off with a piece of fab lace.

You must pop over and see what fab creations the rest of the team have for you over at Robyn's Festish Challenge Blog !!

Gorgeous card, just filled with vintage ideas! Love the paper piecing - how cute he is with his little vest and pants! LOL! Great idea to ink that background he is placed on, too. Wonderful roses!
Now, "frantage" is new to me and I think I will be looking for it soon. Curiosity is getting the better of me on that. LOL!

Thank you!
