And guess what..Autumn/Fall is the next challenge theme for you at House Mouse and Friends !!
Here's my second GDT card, I 've used a super HMD stamp called "Fall Float"
My background paper was a piece from my stash which I embossed with a swirly pattern and then inked over it. I then coloured a scrap piece of white card with several distress inks in greens,yellows and pinks and repeat stamped just the leaf and then fussy cut them out. Don't they look real.....
Next I stamped the super cute mouse onto white card, coloured in with Spectrum Noir pens and paper pieced the leaf and stamped the sentiment. Doesn't show up very well, but I also made a cloud effect round him with a blue distress ink.
Finished off with adding a piece of yellow net ribbon, then made a bow, added a couple of the leaves and a button !!

HI Diane!! Love your gorgeous card. WOW!! You fussy cut out all those leaves?? Thats amazing and awesome! The net ribbo is the perfect finishing touch. I actually had started to place together all the die cuts colorful leaves I was going to use right behind my main panel - then I got distracted by kids - then didnt come back to my card for about 9 hours. When I did, it was time to crate the post for today! As I was, I saw your wonderful creation and how you had the same idea with the same image. Crazy huh?? I LOVED that we had the same thoughts, but now I am changing mine up a bit. :) Beautiful design here. Thanks for being our special Guest Designer at HMFMC. We are so happy to have you working alongside us.

This is wonderful, the leaves really do look realistic and all that fussy cutting is very tricky but you have done a fabulous job of this. I like that you paper pieced the leaf. The detail in your card is astounding. So pleased you joined in with us at Ink
