My word how right is that at the mo......boy we have had some down pours and you're just unlucky to get caught in one !!
Today I've got this sweet card to show you using a Penny Black stamp called "Rain or Shine"
Just stamped and coloured in using promarkers, added a real lace border and bows, made the roses using a heart punch and a Memory box die to cut the twiggy bits.
