I've made an exploding box using

"Fields Of flowers"

and 

"Fence" 

 The four flaps are pockets which hold four tags for photo's

The "Just Because" centre section unfolds to hold more photo's

Coloured all the images using promarkers, paper from a Fizzy Moon paper pack. Did loads of faux stitching and fussy cutting out and used a hell of alot of 3d foam tape !!  Finished off with some ribbon !!

 Now my "B's"

 Bunny, Box, Butterflies, Blue, Brown, Black, Bows and Because !!

 with a MEGA prize up for grabs !!  So I thought I would have a go and enter my card !!

I've coloured Mr/Mrs Fox in with promarkers and made a sky backround using chalk inks and the grass with 3 shades of green promarkers.  Done loads of matting and layering using papers from My Minds Eye "Gnome Sweet Gnome" paper pad.  Handcut a banner to say "hello", added a few small blue gems and some more blue gems on the lace border at bottom.  Finished off with a blue ribbon bow.

My Bugaboo image is called

 "Edward Elephant with Flower"

I seem to be into pastel colours at the moment......my lovely dotty paper is from a Fizzy Moon paper pack called "Celebrations" which is double sided as you can see with the pink and purple frame around Edward.  Coloured in Edward with promarkers and made a cloud effect around him and added some grass.  Decoupaged Edwards head and flower.  Made the flower using a Woodware five petel  flower punch.  Finished off with some card candy and faux stitching.

Boy do I love making flowers  and I have made these white roses to match the ones on Tiffany's dress.  I am really thrilled how my card has turned out !! Elegant !!  Anyone who knows me knows white and me don't go together as it doesn't stay white for very long try as I might !!

Tiffany has been coloured in with promarkers and I've even got some hi-lights in her hair (must be improving !!)  Decoupaged part of her dress and head. Swirls were cut using a marianne die.

It's very detailed,  but I still manged to fussy cut and decoupage it !!

Because I have used alot of colour I decided to keep it quite simply by framing the flowers with a white embossed border frame. Some of the flowers have been decoupaged several times.  They have been coloured with promarkers using the fine tip.  The sentiments is  from another set of  Little Claires stamps.

The sun keeps coming out and then going in, but all in all it's not been bad !!  The weather really does effect you, I've really wanted to do HOUSEWORK when the sun comes out, but it never gets done, he,he

For my card I have used "Rosie- Pear Tree"

At easter I had a fab little present from my friend Nicki who gave me some die cuts which she had cut from card to match some backing papers which she also gave me, so the butterfly and little flowers are from Nicki. Thanks sweetie !!

My lovely lace came from a charity shop, its amazing what you can find in them !!  I also used some  ribbon which I crinkled using a heat gun.  Finished off with pink pearls and stamping my sentiment along the bottom which came from a set by PI called "Mix and Match".

Do Lally Pip

That really does discribe me !!

Had a fab time yesterday at AMOM as Lindsay Mason came for the day with a make and take for us using her new Do Lally Pip stamps !!

And this is the finished project !!

The boys t-shirt and trousers have been paper pieced using the kitchen roll  !!  The flowers have been made from the kitchen roll as well !!

Now our make and take was to make a tag using Lindsay's new stamps and I chose the stamp set called

 "Piffy on a Rock Cake"

We played with distress inks, mask's, glue and seal and even dyed our own matching ribbon !!

My super cute image from A Day For Daisies is called

"Lady Bug Waiting"

Embossed some craft card to make a raised wood effect frame round my decoupaged mushroom and ladybug.  It doesn't show very well, but I made a cloud effect sky round my ladybug and drew the grass. to make the background.  Coloured in with promarkers and added some stickles to the mushroom.   Glad to say no I didn't fussy cut out the leaves and ivy or little ladybugs, I used dies for them !!  Stamped the sentiments which are from a woodware stamp set.  To finish off I just added some more stickles for some more sparkle !!

Church Ladies With Typewriters

 
They're Back! Those wonderful Church Bulletins! Thank God for the church ladies with typewriters. These sentences actually appeared in church bulletins or were announced at church services:

Such a sweetie don't you think !!  I've made a wiper card, when you pull the two ends this happens...

The papers I have used are by Dovecraft called "Cupcake Boutique" and the little cooking untencils at the bottom of my image have been cut out from some of the paper.  

As you can see I have been busy with my scissors with lots of cutting out and decoupaging and colouring in with my promarkers topped off with some faux stitching !!  Stamped out my letters to spell out my sentiments, outlined them with a black pen and then mounted with 3d foam.

Teddy with Fluff

Morning peeps !!

How is everyone then ??  With this weather I never know what to put on, but it has been lovely dog walking weather !!

Say hello to Teddy and Fluff the last of our new stamp releases !!

Aren't they a cute pair !! I've made a tissue holder for a pocket size packet of tissues.. It would make a fab little gift to anyone who is feeling under the weather or a just because gift.

 

 

The paper is by My Minds Eye called Spice and Teddy and Fluff have been coloured with my usual promarkers.  I printed them off several times so I could decoupage the flower. the leaves were cut using a Spellbinders die.  Just stamped some individual letters to spell out the Bless You and outlined each letterwith a black pen and then mounted with 3d foam.

The other week I was very lucky and won

Lots of fussy cutting which as you know I adore and some decoupaging !! Coloured in using good old promarkers as well !!  I can't believe I've got all the striped paper even and going all the same way and I can only do wonky straight !!
