Sorry guys I have been so busy with a two day craft fair at Hearing Dogs that the blog had to be put to one side, but I'm back now with the mid challenge reminder over at House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge !!

Soooooo "Christmas In White" is our next Little Claire Stamp challenge for you !!

  I've used LC "Swirly Whirlies Cats" on my Christmas in White take.

 Stamped the cats, then coloured and fussy cut them out and mounted onto the card using 3D foam tape. Die cut some trees and embossed them with christmas greeting and glittered using stickles. Added some torn strips of card to create snow drifts and again glittered edges with stickles. Die cut the sentiment and some frantage for snow, finished off with ribbon bow, a few gems and die cut snowflakes.

New new new !!

Morning guys,  this is going to be a long post as there are sooooooo many new things out over at Little Claires !!

First is a fun set of stamps called "The Bees Knees" with a very cute fat bumblebee !!  Just used a honeyconb die to cut the background, then stamped and coloured the images and 3d the bumble bee mounted on to a kraft card base.

Loads of fun to be had with creating scenes and backgrounds with the smaller stamps too like I have with the next card !!  Mounted the main image panel using 3d foam tape and decoupaged the three main butterflies.

Now have you see the new LC magazine yet ??

Super cute free bunny stamp with this issue and loads of inspiration by the team inside, free papers and topper too !!  You'll fine my inspiration on the back cover...lots of lace and matt and layering on this one !!

 Still with me.....then how about this new just out Dinkie Dandelion stamp !!

 

Did a lot of stamping and embossing in white on this one. The main image has been embossed and I have also added some on the backing paper !!

Use Plaid

Oh my word what a wet weekend we have had......so why not cheer yourself up and join in the mousey fun at House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge !! This fortnights theme was chosen by Beth which is

"Use Plaid"

For my take I've used green plaid and " Sing A Song " mousey fun stamp.

 Used quiet a few dies to cut flowers,  corners,  leafy bits and words.  Coloured with my usual Spectrum Noirs pens.  Also inked and drew my usual wobbly lines round the edges.

Amanda and her birdy friend which I tried to make look like a thrush (not sure if I succeeded) really are singing out their hearts to welcome in the sunshine which of course we didn't see.......just adore purples and green together !!

Halloween

Didn't know what I was going to do for Jo's Halloween theme atc swap....but them I came up with these" Mummy" ones !!   I tore up strips of white card and inked the edges,   coloured a small area on my white atc black and stuck two googly eyes then wrapped the strips of white card around the whole of the atc for the bandages.   Finished off by drawing a spider with a fine line black pen.

It was my brov off to his Halloween pub do.  I did suggest he shaved off his beard and tash on the side only under the mask,   for some reason he didn't !!.  Anyhow he still won third prize !!

New Dinkies !!

More new very cute Dinkie stamps out by Little Claire !!

We start off with the newly named "Goosey and Lucy" and have you checked out all the fab ribbon Little Claire have ?? On this dinkie card I have used the ribbon to make my background, frantage for the snow and spectrum noir pens to colour with and a bit of silver stickes on the star !!

Next we have the two "We 6 Dogs" and "Hello Cats" which now also come in Dinkies !!

On my dogs dinkie card I have actually used the cover sheet of paper from the Dinkies - Mini Fruit Pastels" paper pack for my background. Again coloured with spectrum noir pens.

 And for "Hello Cats" the papers are from "Mini Dotty" and "Mini Gingham" Dinkie paper pads.

Dinkie cards are fun and quick to make so pop over and have a look at all the fun Dinkie stamps and paper pads and cards and have a play !!
